Having made numerous trips to the states for work and pleasure last thanksgiving I decided to experience thanksgiving in New York. So I packed myself off on a plane to the big apple to spend 4 days with family, friends and a spot of black Friday shopping.
My cousin graciously reminded me that this was 3 months ago and I had not as yet shared the pictures (thanks Dane :-))
My first official business was experiencing the Macy's Thankgiving parade for the first time. It really was spectacular and brought back lots of great childhood memories with characters such as buzz light-year spiderman and spongebob featuring amongst many others.

Sadly I missed the Turkey. But it was an altogether wonderful experience. What characters would you have liked to see?
